Terms and Conditions:
Valid if booked by November 1, 2018 and actualized between November 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019 for catering groups. Offer and rates are subject to availability and are exclusive of taxes, gratuities and incidental charges and may not be combined with any other promotion or offer. Offer not valid for events previous booked events, or for individual bookings. Offer is valid for events up to 9 guest rooms which originate from one booking (no combination of bookings of group paid room nights is permitted) and held between November 1, 2018 and March 31, 2018. The group must sign a contract with the hotel to govern the terms of the meeting (“Sales Contract”). The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract. The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Sales Contract. Booking a meeting is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. Blackout dates apply. Room upgrades are based on availability and not applicable to suites. The Hilton Honors Points are awarded at the discretion of the hotel and may not be awarded on all group business. You must mention this promotion prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply. *Complimentary boardroom for the calendar year is based on availability and cannot exceed more than 12 uses in a calendar year.
