Valid if booked by September 15, 2017 for holiday events actualized by December 31, 2017. Offer and rates are subject to availability and are exclusive of taxes, gratuities and incidental charges and may not be combined with any other promotion or offer. Offer not valid for events previous booked events, or for individual bookings. Offer is valid for events that include up to 9 guest rooms which originate from one booking (no combination of bookings of group paid room nights is permitted) and held between November 2017 and December 31, 2017. The group must sign a contract with the hotel to govern the terms of the meeting or event (“Sales Contract”). The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract. The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Sales Contract. Booking a meeting or event is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. Blackout dates apply.
