Eric Benamara joined The Drake Hotel in 2009 as Director of Restaurants for its six unique and eminent outlets. He began his career in hospitality twenty years prior at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago and eventually joined the Hilton team as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Palmer House Hilton. Four years later, with his excellent credentials and eagerness to advance, Eric was promoted to the O’Hare Hilton where he was part of the team to redesigned and remodeled the hotel’s bars and restaurants. He was soon recruited to serve as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Hiltons of Oak Brook where, for two years, he oversaw the day to day operations of both the Hilton Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn.

Eric’s commitment to ensuring each guest leaves with a lasting memory is evident in his motto that “we can never change a first impression.”
